[REVIEW] NEULII Cosmetics by Roseroseshop Review

Neulii was launched on 14th March 2016. It was an achievement for a Korean beauty onlineshop to develop their own cosmetics brand. Congratulations, Roseroseshop.

From their website;
"Neulii will keep your skin as young and beautiful as a baby's everytime, all the time"

Roseroseshop was(or still) holding an event where they send Neulii samples to any requester. I requested for mine because who does not love to try out skincare samples?

I received 5 samples of Neulii Tea Tree BHA Blemish Control Serum and 5 samples of Neulii AHA Vita Brightening Serum. I've finished testing out a couple of samples so I am going to share my thoughts about them here.

Neulii Tea Tree BHA Blemish Control Serum Review

"A Serum containing natural BHA and tea tree ingredient, arranging sebum control and dead skin cells to prevent skin trouble."

Water, Salix Alba(Willow) Bark Water, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Water, Alcohol, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Sodium Lactate , PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Lactic Acid , Hydroxyethylcellulose ,Betaine Salicylate(0.2%) ,  Bis-PEG-18 Methyl Ether Dimethyl Silane, Cassia Obtusifolia Seed Extract, Panthenol, Allantoin, Sodium Hyaluronate,  Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil.

I am a lazy girl so Imma just copy paste my review of the tea tree from my Instagram to here;

The serum has a transparent watery serumy texture with a light tea tree scent mixed with a bit of alcohol. I am okay with the smell.

The experience: it was a mild experience, product does not do any harm on my skin eventhough I had negative experiences with tea tree products. The effects however are visible such as it does control the blemishes to not make it any worser since the first use. I noticed that my pimples became smaller and heals faster too while using this. When my pimples completely healed, there were no traces of blemishes at all. I have to agree that it prevents development of pimples too. It takes time for the effect to show but I think this serum is a good one for preventive measures. Not sure about sebum control but I do not notice any major oiliness on my face. Recommended to people with troubled skin. Would love to get the bottle packaging^^

Seriously speaking, Neulii Tea Tree BHA serum is a potential holy grail of mine. It does a really great job in keeping pimples at bay. I am getting the deluxe size so I am excited that I have an acne-control product!

Neulii AHA Vita Brightening Serum

"Brightening Serum that makes skin vigorous and glossy with ideal amount of natural AHA, exfoliating ingredient and Vitamin C.

Water, Pyrus Malus(Apple) Fruit Water, Hippophae Rhamnoides Water, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Glycolic Acid, Betaine, Panthenol, Sodium Hyaluronate , Hydroxyethylcellulose , Sodium Hydroxide,  Xanthan Gum, Ascorbic Acid."

The Experience: this too has a watery texture, has a faint metal smell (or is it just me). While I was using this, I noticed that my complexion has brightened and it also gives some glow to the face. I love it. I would get the deluxe size but getting a brightened complexion is not what I really aim for now, I currently aim for skin clearing first.

I am recommending this if you'd like to add some natural glow to your face^^

I received the tea tree and brightening serum from my 4th Roseroseshop haul where you guys can read about it HERE

 These are what I've gotten from my Neulii samples request. I gave away the Snail Bee Anti-Wrinkle to my mom so I cannot share my reviews about it. My mom said her skin feels nice while using it, I am sure it will feel nice on other mature skin too :) here are the details for the Snail Bee Anti-Wrinkle Serum from Neulii's official website;

"A Serum containing snail slime and propolis extracts to assist anti-aging and wrinkle care.

Water, Butylene Glycol, Snail Secretion Filtrate, Propolis Extract, Betaine, 1,2-Hexanediol, Allantoin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Carbomer, Sodium Hyaluronate, Panthenol,  Arginine, Adenosine."

Neulii Aloe BHA Soothing Serum

"Gel-type serum that helps in recovering roughened and sensitive skin, contains natural BHA and aloe, excellent for calming skin.

Water, Salix Alba(Willow) Bark Water, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Water, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol, Panthenol , Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, Betaine Salicylate(0.05%), Sodium Polyacrylate,  Sodium Hyaluronate"

The Experience: the consistency of this one is thicker than the tea tree and brightening serums, texture is almost mucus-like. It does not really have a scent to it. It moisturizes my skin due to its thicker consistency but I do not notice any soothing capabilities with this one, sadly. Aloe Vera gels' do a better soothing job for my skin to date. But anyway who knows that this one might work for you :)

I did not request samples from Roseroseshop twice but I just happened to get another mail that contains Neulii samples because I registered for a new account at their website. Roseroseshop was giving away samples for newly registered customers too by that time. Thank you again, RRS ^.^

Neulii Green Tea Pore Tightening Serum

"Highly enriched serum containing concentrated green tea and natural BHA extracts; removes pore expansion caused by excessive sebum, and helps maintain pore contraction.

Water, Salix Alba(Willow) Bark Water, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Alcohol, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Cassia Obtusifolia Seed Extract, Arginine, Allantoin, Carbomer,  Ethylhexylglycerin, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Sodium Hyaluronate, Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Peel Oil , Menthyl Lactate, Mentha Haplocalix Extract."

The Experience: I did not get to take photo of its serum because I am a forgetful girl but the consistency is very serum-like, clear and does not have any scent. I wished it had green tea scent though. While I was using this, I noticed my skin has gotten tighter and made my skin a bit dry. Due to this, I know the pore tightening serum is working. I am the most excited to try out this one because I have pore concerns. I am looking forward to its long term effects. I am getting myself the big bottle :)

My skin does not break out throughout using 4 different Neulii samples. It is suitable for all skin types and I like the fact that the serums are clear.

My favorite has to be the tea tree blemish control serum, the reasons are stated above. My least favorite is the aloe soothing serum since it does not provide soothing capability to my skin. I hope Neulii can improve on the scent that is found in the brightening serum.
Do you have any Neulii serums that you like and would love to try?

Check out Neulii official website at or get your choice of Neulii serums at
Jolse caters them too at affordable prices as well.

Photos are all mine. Products were provided by Roseroseshop. This is not a paid post. I just wanted to share the Neulii goodness to you guys. I am proud of Roseroseshop for launching their own cosmetics brand because I've hauled from them many times and their services to me are just brilliant to date.
